NorLense was awarded the contract for production and testing of new offshore oil containment booms for all 15 depots. The company’s main products are offshore, coastal, shore oil booms and inflatable shelters. Its collaboration agreement with suppliers for complementary equipment such as skimmers, etc., makes the company a total supplier of Oil Spill Recovery Equipment. The company has in the course of 50 years developed a significant expertise and excellent reputation within oil protection, preparedness and training.

NorLense test and production facilities are situated above the Arctic Circle, which gives them the opportunity to test and develop state of the art equipment for safe and efficient operations in harsh conditions. The company has its own department for R&D and covers the whole chain from development, manufacturing, sales, training and maintenance/repairs (worldwide service-24/7).
