27 June 2025, following a request from ETAP, a member and hosting company, the MOIG Director assessed an expertise dossier for promotion to Senior Engineer grade 3, in accordance with ETAP’s internal expertise promotion system.

The MOIG Director serves as a representative of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) profession.

Established in 1993, ETAP’s expertise promotion system was developed to support the career development of its technical staff. It is specifically intended for engineers who may not have the opportunity to pursue managerial positions, providing instead an alternative path for professional advancement, motivation, and skills development.

The system covers a wide range of technical domains, including: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Geology, Geophysics, Laboratory, Database Management, Reservoir Geology, Reservoir Engineering, Project and Production Engineering, Drilling & Workover, and Operations Geology.
